2022 Survey Review
During 2022, we collected the data from all customer surveys completed and discovered that more than half of our customers stated their symptoms affected their day-to-day life.
In addition to this, most of our customers received their test results in the time expected and would recommend our service!
Our customers also gave us some helpful feedback, from which we made changes such as creating referral links and application fixes.

Healthy Stuff App
You spoke, and we listened; you wanted to take the results on the go, so we developed our Healthy Stuff App, which is now live on Apple Store and Google Play. This Free app will store your results on your phone or tablet but also allows you to track allergy news on the go.
Bespoke Lab
To help us stay at the forefront of testing and innovation, we invested £250,000 in a state-of-the-art, category three containment lab within our Healthy Stuff office. Bespoke to us, this testing facility allows our team to give you accurate results with a fast turnaround.
Going into 2023, we are seeing an increase in customers completing the survey and receiving some great feedback, including that almost all our customers would recommend our testing!
