How Each Test Works

Inflammatory Bowel Disease Test

1. Collect the sample using the stool catcher.
2. Unscrew the cap from the sample collection tube and randomly stab the sample with the sample collection applicator in at least 3 different sites of the sample.
3. Replace the sample collection applicator into the tube, screw the cap tightly and shake the tube vigorously to mix. Leave the sample for 2 minutes.
4. Open the cap to the buffer tube and squeeze 2 drops of extracted sample into the S well of the test cassette.
5. Wait 5 minutes for the results to appear.

Note: Do not interpret before 5 minutes or after 10 minutes as the results may be inaccurate.

Vitamin D Test

1. Clean your finger and use the finger prick lancet to release blood.
2. Fill the capillary dropper with blood up to the black line.
3. Squeeze the blood into the sample area marked S on the test cassette.
4. Add 2 drops of the single-use buffer into the buffer area marked B on the test cassette.
5. Wait 10 minutes, and your results will be ready to compare to the colour card.

Note: Do not read the results before 10 minutes, as the results will be Inaccurate.

Kidney Function Test

1. Collect urine mid-stream using a collection container.
2. Dip the strip into the urine sample for no longer than 2 seconds, ensuring the removal of excess liquids by wiping the strip on the side of the container.
3. Read the result of the test after 60 seconds.

Note: Do not read the results after 2 minutes as this may read a false-positive result.
